I love this post! I’m curious if you have any thoughts/questions about doing this with the peer level. Or how to do this with your boss that feedback doesn’t come only 2x/yr.

For peers, consider organizing a regular feedback session in the same way. Send them this post it helps you set the stage. Be clear about the purpose of the meeting -- it's isn't a griping session. It's a chance to surface real issues so that you can all improve together.

For your boss, I recommend talking with them and sharing with them that you have feedback for them and how would they best like to receive it. You can also share this post and suggest that others might have feedback too. It isn't about how your boss is deficient, it's about opening dialogue that will help the team overall.
