The section on 'Say The Thing' is brilliant. The relief you felt when you admitted you didn't want to consume leadership content—and how that pivoted your business toward Live conversations—is exactly the kind of hidden tension I see in senior leaders' careers. It makes me wonder: for the high-performing leaders you coach, how often is the 'limiting belief' actually a correct assessment of a bad environment, rather than a mindset block?

It's a great question, Lara.

The reality is that everyone's situation is completely different. However, I find that most leaders wait too long to raise concerns or suggest alternative approaches that could help them discover what is possible or what isn't.

The limiting belief isn't about whether the organization can change. It's about whether you can shape it or leave it. In either scenario, it starts by acknowledging what you want to yourself first.

Thank you, Kathy. 'Shape it or leave it' is a clearer way to put it than anything I had. And I suspect 'acknowledge it to yourself first' is the step most leaders skip.
